The unit is a tri-level duplex. The primary bedroom with an en suite is on the ground floor, while the living area, guest room, and guest bathroom are on the second level. The couch also folds out into a queen bed, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The third level features a loft area, perfect for working, relaxing, or unwinding. The property is on a street that can get busy with beach traffic. The primary suite downstairs is closer to the street, so it may be noisier. If you're sensitive to noise, I recommend using the upstairs bedroom, which is farther from the street. I've also provided earplugs for your convenience. This unit also offers garage parking and a full size washer and dryer.
